Environmental Association For A Sustainable Development In Haiti -
As you may know, Haiti is becoming day after day an ecological disaster. When you fly over the country, you can observe the environmental degradation at a glance. Due to these conditions, Haiti may undergo all kind of attacks from Mother Nature, especially during hurricane seasons. This situation may worsen in the upcoming years due the unpredictable effects of the climate change around the world and especially in small countries like Haiti.
Environmental Association for a Sustainable Development in Haiti, Inc”. (ENVASSOD’HA) was created :
1- To raise awareness among Haitians living abroad on environmentally sensitive issues in Haiti.
2- To start the creation of an Environmental Fund that will finance environmental projects and the prevention of the negative effects of the global warning.
