Codec International was founded in April 1997 as a Sole proprietorship.The original name was:RCS (Rhau Computer Services). The name was later changed to:CODEC (Community Outreach, Developments, Educational Center) in March 2002.2 years later in March of 2004 Codec was incorporated and took on new meanings.The first outreach project of Codec was in Chambellan, Jeremie,June 1996 Codec provided generators, electricity, wiring, and intallation and supplies of fans and florescent lights for 2 schools
