Review: Bruce Balmir The Realtor Real Estate Service, Covina CA
I sold my house this past spring (2017) using the help of Bruce Balmir.
I started working with him when I still wasn't even sure if I wanted to or could buy another home. My realtor Bruce was more than available for me when I had to deal with the amount of stress back and forth we had with the buyers.
He was very knowledgeable both with the market and the negotiation process.
I have no experience with any other realtors, but I won't be looking for any other realtor when the next time comes around.
I am proud to know Bruce as my realtor, and my friend.
